Supported Tenant Find

We are able to support the finding of a new tenant through our extensive Letting Agent network, only using approved Agents. We have a network of over 150 agents across the country and will instruct them on your behalf being the only point of contact for you, seamlessly passing it on to our Pre-Tenancy Admin team once a tenant is found.

Fees for this service will be agreed before instruction and will be determined by the location and level of rent. All of our approved Agents offer competitive fees and these will be agreed in writing before instruction.

Landlord Tenant Find

Many of our landlords prefer to find and select their own tenants using their own forms of marketing, negotiating the terms of the let and the move-in date. Naturally there will be no fees due to us for landlords choosing to find their own tenants.
