Pre-Tenancy Administration process
We will remotely manage the move in, look after referencing, prepare the contract, handle the finances, register the deposit and ensure that all compliance obligations are met. Included in our service is an ongoing check on HMO and selective licensing schemes in your area.
Referencing
The process starts with referencing. We include up to four references in our service and will report to our landlords with the results, allowing them to make informed decisions.
Compliance
Then comes compliance. We will take care of organising the Gas Safety, Electrical Safety, EPC, and relevant elements within the Deregulation Act, so you can rest assured that everything is compliant. We are also fully conversant and compliant with the Renters’ Rights Act.
Tenancy Agreement
Next, we will prepare the tenancy agreement. This will be signed by both parties through our online portal, speeding up the process and making the whole process paper-free.
Security Deposit & Payments
Finally, we will correctly register the security deposit as well as process any payments quickly, producing clear financial statements.
